- Take full responsibility for connect and maintain relationship with Tima's Partners (Business & Media Partners)- Analyze market and develop cooperated policy, promotion & campaign for partnersAchievement: - Sucessfully acquired more than 500,000 customers per year from Affiliate MKT SOG- Explore and develop Tima's partnership system with more than 30 partners (Media, Affliate & Strategic partners included)- Successfully build & launch a collaborators manage system which includes over 18,000 members in nationwide

- Take main responsibility for deploying all internal events in the Group- Develop ideas and plan with team to organize contest/campaign which follow cutural goals & messages each month- Produce media publications for internal communication channels.- In charge of planning and execution big event for Group (Tet Festival, Annual Team Building, Group Anniversary, YEP)

- Admin fanpage of business and internal channels- Assist to manage all aspects of digital marketing operations like social media (Facebook, Youtube, Zalo,.. ), Google Ads, SEO.- Measuring marketing performance, monitoring and analyzing the advertising channel index- Planning & Implementing key events for Company Business, such as: NEX Music Festival, Thom Festival with more than 50,000 attendances in total- Take full responsibility of building company cultural by organized internal communication acitivities
