Supporting Pre-Opening

Based on Food and Beverage Skills and Guest Interation Skills that I have been learning and adapting in the last six years plus training missions at departments and freelance consulting, I have developed myself in training area and freelance consultant in bar-restaurant. Freelance training in:- Food and Beverage Service Skills- English in Hospitality- Communication/Handling Problems SkillsWhy me - a young trainer? - Suitable for young manpower in hospitality industry nowadays- Good English and perfect Vietnamese which way much easier to communicate to Vietnamese staffs in hospitality.- Passionate in hospitality industry especially in training and sharing experience.Freelance consulting in restaurant and bar:- Do the set up matches with concept, prepare paper works needed, provide related trainings as asked, set rules and regulations, set standard of service and hygiene.- Compromise in needed situations between lines in a place.- Focus on managing people, drive them to an open human being interaction.

- Manage the set up for pre-opening.- Recruite people- Set all needed paper works, rules and regulations, standard of service, standard of hygiene.- Do the trainings in service, English and products- Maintain the quality of service until my time of work had finished.

I am back to where I belong!

My training skills had been developed since I was put back in F&B again. - Ensuring all the mise en places are ready for the service time.- Observing, dividing jobs to colleagues and maintaining the service of the restaurant. - Training the colleagues in products knowledge and attitude at work.- Checking and re-stocks.

Working part-time like a full-timer at Banquet, Restaurant and Bar. Gained almost every-good-basics at this amazing place, especially moreover in character and behavior since a new GM joined - the only GM that brought me so much inspiration in this industry.

Four months in F&B and two months in Houskeeping which brought me so so much knowledge, feelings and changing behavior to a better, more positive one in hospitality industry.
