In the first few months I worked on evaluating the organization's email needs and was able to determine that the current platform we were on would not meet our needs. From there I led a 4 month migration project collaborating with our engineering team. I am also responsible for email content strategy, which involves working closely with our copy writing and design teams.

In this role I'm dedicated to evaluating technology vendors for the marketing tech stack with other stakeholders within the team. This includes strategizing and integrating the data into our automation platform (Marketo) so that program managers can create data driven marketing campaigns that fit their needs. Duties also include monitoring the data and ensuring data cleanliness , database segmentation, technical troubleshooting (downtime, mis-sync'd data fields, etc).

Dedicated to working on the architecture of our Marketing Automation Platform and enabling stakeholders and program managers achieve success through good and reliable data. Part of this role requires understanding issues and goals that stakeholders are trying to achieve and working back to properly document project requirements and create stakeholder alignment on what success looks like. Taking the multiple projects and creating a roadmap to help inform and set expectations on timelines. This role also required a deep understanding of the data and where it lives, and how to leverage that data through integrations with product, data warehouse and 3rd party platforms such as Salesforce.

This is a technical role that required an understanding of sales and marketing systems and how they interacted with one another. I was tasked on building out systematic smart campaigns that helped managed and clean our data. I also worked on continually optimizing our instance to reach a better state through data architecture. Part of this role also allowed me to work on migration of marketing automation platforms from HubSpot and Pardot to Marketo.

In this role I worked on planning and implementing nurture campaigns in multiple languages as well as executing and optimizing landing pages and email programs. I also worked on developing, implementing and refining our lead scoring system -- multiple times.

In this contract role I worked on writing copy for various online marketing campaigns as well as working with evangelists across Canada to coordinate events and build out community programs.

In this role I worked on planning and executing marketing campaigns. Some of those marketing campaigns were on the road and therefore required travel for live events. Part of this role also allowed me to review corporate sponsorship opportunities and highlighting which ones were optimal based on exposure, level of effort and budget.

In this contract role I worked with publications throughout Western Canada to plan and buy media ads based on our program schedule. I also had to build weekly presentations for the marketing team and president on upcoming media buys.

In this part-time role I managed PPC and SEO campaigns for various clients based on a monthly budget. Through this work I would also build monthly reports for each client which included recommendations to help improve their campaigns.

H.R. MacMillan Space centre also known as the Planetarium or Space Centre is a non-profit organization. In this part-time role I worked on various tasks from planning events to designing marketing materials and working with local TV stations to setup interviews. I was also fortunate enough to greet and plan events for special guests Canadian astronauts Chris Hadfield, Marc Garneau and Julie Payette.
