Supervise the entire operation of facility with aim for daily target production; 2. Ensure compliance with quality standards of production;3. Provide training and educational material to all staff & labor; 4. Maintain clean and safe working environment, plant and machinery;5. Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines, 6. Provide daily plan and schedules to Production Manager;7. Maintaining sufficient spares to minimize downtime of machines; 8. Closely working with stores, logistics and purchase to achieve daily production target;9. Flexible to work long hours as required to meet production deadlines; 10. Daily reporting to Production Manager/HOD/JMD/MD.
