After Working for 15 Years In Plant & Machinery Division as a In-charge , One Day I Thought that what ever problems I have faced as a Management Trainee should not be faced by New Freshers. So to make them easy I switched myself in Training Department. I Worked in this New department and Developed Few system to train employee the Technicality about every department as well as introduction about company to new comer staff.
