I was hired at Honda to manage the recruitment function. To create and develop recruitment processes, to implement an ATS system and careers website. To take control of the recruitment area and agency use. I am responsible for all recruitment in our Bracknell head office, permanent and more recently also non-permanent roles. * Drive continuous improvement of recruitment process, cost and efficiency* Responsible for an average of 25 vacancies across the business, at all levels* Responsible for the recruitment strategies of open roles* Ensure a sufficient candidate pipeline is developed and maintained* Ensure a good candidate experience through a thorough and fair selection process* Vendor/supplier/stakeholder and candidate management * Responsible for creating and implementing recruitment performance KPIs and reports, reporting the recruitment progress on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis* Managing and training an undergraduate between August 2016 and June 2017Key Achievements:* Created recruitment processes and best practices* Played key part in tender process of a Recruitment ATS system and career website. Subsequently worked with the Vendor to define requirements and design. The solution was implemented within time and budget in the UK and in 3 EU countries - Resulting in a drop in agency use from 46% to 28%.* Created and presented training manuals for the business * Created and presented recruitment KPI and budget reports * Researched and created a proposal for the implementation of a Referral Scheme. * I have completed a PSL review process with Procurement to reduce the number of agencies used by more than 50% and achieved cost savings by negotiating lower rates* Organised an ‘Agency day’ for PSL agencies. Organised 4 hour training for agencies, created and presented content* In financial year 2017 filled 110 permanent roles and over 30 temporary roles.
