Responsible to deliver brand imperatives through the development of a highly strategic scientific publications and communication plan. In addition, identify and execute innovative approaches to maximize the value of the data that is generated while identifying innovative and efficient sources of data and leverage learnings for accelerated in-market publications and claims activation.- Develop, manage, and execute publications and communications plan related to Physical, Mental Wellness and Digestive category, including the lead of cross functional meetings with key internal stakeholders (clinical research, medical writers, innovation, medical and regulatory leads, among others) and external (agencies, KOLs, authors, medical societies).- Develop, disseminate, and update the communication package related to each publication in alignment with the country’s needs, including scientific platforms, slide decks, field medical tools, training materials, congress-related activities, websites/tools.- Develop, validate, and update scientific communication plan according to the brand strategy, including budget management.- Review publications and materials related, including management of publication’s databases, ensuring compliance and process in accordance with current standards of good publication practices, external guidelines and scientific reporting standards for studies

Job Rotation as Medical Manager for Nutritionals Category in Medical Affairs area (food supplements: multivitamins, minerals, amino acids, collagen, and medicines OTC focused on supplementation). Build strategic plans to the brands as medical leader and as innovation partnership and co-leadership, perform medical trainings to the team, engagement with main internal and external stakeholders, evaluation of scientific materials and participate of impactful medical insights generation.

Regulatory Affairs at Consumer Health Care area for the categories of supplements and medicines. Main activities: work in innovation projects to deliver agility and possibilities to the bussiness based on strategies regarding hugh undertanding of brasilian legislation, activities of maintenance of the products, in order to ensure compliance with legislation and registers.

Regulatory Affairs Analyst at Nestle Health Science area working with national and imported products (enteral formulas and products ready to consumption). Implementation of new legislation for enteral formulas, with strong evaluation of the current portfolio, discussion with involved areas (marketing, innovation, supply, industrial), developing a strategic plan to implement the changes.

Regulatory Affairs at Infant Nutrition area when I started the participation in innovation projects and more deep activities related to registration at Ministry of Health to infant food and baby food. This time I led an important product launch registered at Ministry of Agriculture.

It was the first contact with regulatory, main activities: huge participation of registration process at Anvisa, improvement of document archive (electronic and physical), monitoring of process at Anvisa and the competitors, preparing effective reports to communicate changes and news to internal teams.
