Hey everyone! Looking to transition into recruiting with the current recruitment/sourcing skills I possess. I have had a passion for the HR field ever since my first job. I was able to get an actual hands-on experience simply by being curious and offering a helping hand. After I was taught, I had the opportunity to put my skills to the test and have been intrigued ever since. Moving forward, I have learned new skills, so outside of simply reading resumes and interviewing, I have also had opportunities to mentor, train, learn an ATS that I hadn't experienced prior too. I have a motto on a job, and it is honestly not to only do what your paid to do but to learn. I follow that because, you never know what you can learn or where it can take you.
