Responsibilities: Coordinated Districts in Eastern, North-Western, Copperbelt and Central provinces. • Worked in partnership with ministry of health at provincial, district, and hospital level to ensure implementation of the OneSight program in selected provinces. • Participated in pre-assessments of prospective eye units to be launched as advised by MOH in different districts. • Performed pre-setup of the final selected districts inclusive of monitoring renovations for the eye unit departments for every launch. • Ensured that all products, equipment, and staff are available for the newly launched eye units. • Conducted training sessions for the new eye units to bring them onboard the program. • Set yearly targets with the district eye units considering all prevailing factors. • Conducted daily analysis of data in the OS system from the eye units and shared their weekly performance highlighting their strengths and weaknesses• Performed KPIs reporting updates collectively with partner districts for weekly KPIs management reviews. • Monitored data entry compliance for all records in the system to ensure accuracy in service. • Conducted quarterly monitoring and evaluation visits to the eye units with provincial eye coordinator to monitor progress towards sustainability. • Documented reports of the findings which were shared with the partners and organization management. • Supported the eye units in conducting outreaches to help boost KPIs.• Supported eye units with awareness activities to build their coverage more widely. • Functioned as the channel of communication between the manufacturing lab and the eye units with regards to supplies and orders. • Participated in conducting partnership meetings for all eye units across the country. • Conducted refresher trainings to help improve service delivery for selected eye unit staff across the provinces. • Collected district success stories from patients who had interesting stories for the project.

 Implemented Phase 2, 3 and 4 of the Super School of Five project funded by DFID and supported by Unilever in Southern Province of Zambia in 90 schools across 4 districts: Mazabuka and Monze, Livingstone and Kazungula. • Engaged MoGE at provincial and district levels in the implementation of the program. • Conducted district trainings for the champion teachers and supervisors for the selected schools that were engaged in the program. • Monitored project implementation and provide remedial measures to partners with regards to implementation and achieving targets and deliverables. • Promoted shared learning between partners by facilitating and coordinating partner networks. • Collected output data, cleaned and analyzed the data for rewarding purposes. • Collected beneficiary feedback in form of case studies for the project.  Implemented quarter 4 of year 4 for the DFID/UKAID funded CATCH project in Southern province Zambia. • Worked with selected district eye hospitals in the implementation of the program. • Supported partner districts to ensure effective planning, implementation, financial and asset management, reporting, and documentation was delivered for the project. • Monitored progress towards set deliverables and ensured that partners had the resources needed to implement activities. • Collected output data for outreach screening, cataract surgical camps and treatments of other eye conditions. • Worked with districts eye clinic staff to facilitate the implementation of activities with the help of community health workers and other volunteers. • Did field travels to partner districts to conduct studies on the factors influencing the uptake of cataract surgery. • Represented the organization in Kenya for establishing a report on a study conducted in Zambia on the factors influencing the uptake of surgery for cataracts in selected partner districts. • Worked on end of project donor report for the CATCH project.

• Conducted routine data collection for (SMGL) project from health posts and hospitals for maternal mortality in southern province. • Collected the data from OPD books at the hospitals and other related documents on issues of maternal deaths which may have occurred at the hospitals. • Analyzed the data collected and created daily reports using excel. • Participated in the collection of qualitative and quantitative data through interviews and focus group discussions for saving mothers giving life project (SMGL) using CSpro in Lundazi district for the end line census of the project.• Data was collected in the rural villages of Lundazi district.• Data collected was verified and cleaned data for reporting on a daily and weekly basis. • Produced reports from the data collected.
