Supporting the Medical Reinsurance System Landscape Project, being involved in each step of the data journey and working closely with the Technical Accounting and Costing team to support the transformation of reinsurance client data.Supporting the ongoing development of the data acquisition platforms, providing a SingleSource of L&H Medical Reinsurance data, enabling all internal Stakeholders to use them for downstream analysis, operational activity and financial reporting. - Data Modelling: Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using various data modelling techniques to uncover valuable business insight. - Mapping of treaties to Swiss Re formats and standards. Code and unit test mapping routines to transform the data.- Detecting changes to client's files and possibly highlight the need of updates to existing programs in a timely and efficient manner that downstream steps are not negatively impacted.- System and user testing including integration with other Swiss Re applications.- On-going system support and maintenance for relevant applications (PowerBI, Stargate, SDMT…)- Collaboration with Clients, Business and IT Teams to ensure implementation is in line with business priorities and requirements.- Understanding and meeting end to end data governance requirements and managing sensitive data effectively.- Working closely with clients, actuarial teams and other Swiss Re users to maintain quality and integrity of the data being captured.- Quality Assurance: Validate the functionality and performance of developed products against the defined specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.- Product Development Support: Work closely with the development teams during the product development lifecycle, providing guidance and clarification as needed.- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of new system features and enhancements to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.

- Oversee project management of the HIV and TB program across two hospitals and eight clinics - Manage and oversee a team of 31 data captures and 3 strategic information officers- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly data quality audits (DQAs) of reported data with CDC and the Aurum institute.- Review DHIS, TIER.net and ETR.net data to identify gaps in the sub-district and district M&E systems.- Oversee, and co-ordinate the timely and accurate submission of data for program and donor reporting.

-Collect and manage data so that it can be used to analyse business functions, productivity and redundancies-Ensure data is collected properly, observing any legal or ethical standards are met-Use a data system called Dashboard for the maintenance of DSD data for two districts (Johannesburg and North West).-Perform weekly data audits at facilities-Perform monthly data verification in all seventeen facilities -Analyse the workload of data captures and DSD employees

-Capture the minimum data elements and resulting indicators (ascertained by systems based on the WHO paper registers) required to monitor the HIV and ART services-Data capturing of patient data after appointment with the health facilitator.-Generate monthly and quarterly reports-Ensure quality and integrity of data-Processing of captured data into meaningful information such as reports, charts and graphs.-Providing feedback to districts, sub-districts and facilities-Deploying, retrieving, calibration and maintenance of Tier.net-Analysis of data and report drafting-General administration work in the facility. -Monitor a team of data captures-Compile external reports such as HCT Reports, Workload reports and Pivot tables.
