Managing and taking lead of SHB Da Nang Football Club.

Position Objectives:• To look after and monitor the current commercial area (both domestic & overseas) of SHB as well as other subsidiaries under the scope of the Chairman;• To consolidate and enhance the investment portfolio in a variety of sectors both domestically and internationally on behalf of the Chairman. Major Responsibilities:• To manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to a wide lines of business ( banking and finance, real estate, export and import, sport, etc), community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships;• To take major duties in projects at international level;• To coordinates the activities, arrangements as well as to leverage the contact initiating in order to secure the timeline of projects and timely advise to the Chairman;• To work closely with other management levels to assure the best preparation and presentation for business meetings, negotiation as well as other work events and projects for the Chairman;• To handle the overall matters on all the projects assigned or any arising works from any other business line under the scope of the Chairman;• To report directly to the Chairman and to assist the Chairman on all the actions / arrangement that are necessary for the progress of the project and the success of the entire work;• To act as the intermediate point of contact among all the business contacts / business partner on the international terms toward the other domestic business related for the Chairman. • To liaise with the entire wide network of external partners from the Chairman to facilitate and support the progress of the project growth

Position Objectives• To establish and enlarge the corporate portfolio of the business banking of Hong Leong Bank in Vietnam;• To grow the market segmentation of Hong Leong Bank in corporate area.Major Responsibilities• To establish new accounts and grow interest and fee income in line with the bank's targets;• To source, originate structure and execute the transactions in line with customers' needs, with the bank strategic priorities and in compliance with regulations; • To prepare and execute proper loan documentation in accordance with local regulations and in line with the head office's standard; • To meet the bank's overall business targets (revenue income, profitability, ROA, cost-to income ratio and NPL ratio); • To manage credit quality of the portfolio by keeping abreast with the industry developments and market development which impacts our clients; • To submit timely credit reviews of existing exposures and conduct regular reporting to Head office.

Position Objectives• With the pioneer team, to establish the set-up and development project of HSBC Premier Banking in Vietnam; • To manage the Premier Portfolio in addition to proactively grow the Premier Portfolios with high network / profile customers through the utilization of a matrix of liability / asset / investment products and other services. Principal Responsibilities: • To be responsible for the P&L over the total portfolios of high– profile HSBC Premier customer;• To take major charge of the Investment and Insurance section for customer in their wealth management (structured deposit, mutual funds, world selection fund and other offshore services); • To work closely and directly with the HSBC Global Offshore Funds based in Jersey, Channel Islands for the in-depth insights and management of global investment portfolios;• To provide advice and guidance to management teams on the premier portfolio and the impact of wealth management product across PFS; • To provide after sales services to customer to monitor product performance and explore cross selling opportunities; • To conduct regular review customer’s portfolio and the provision of accurate and timely information.
