• Create and implement communication plans (POSM/ POP, activation, news, etc.)• Reseach market and customer needs in terms of information, products, price and promotion management, etc.• Follow up, execute and evaluate sales performance, promotion programs• Product development• Co-operate and communicate with concerned departments, customers, suppliers for marketing activities

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and revenue targets. - Build business cases that leverage data and customer insights as rationalizations for new operational or program offerings. - Propose and implement sales support programs with superiors. - Provide database support for Superiors in building business strategies for brands. - Work on key strategic projects with retailers, aimed at influencing purchasing behavior, driving in-store activity for the brand portfolio and supporting sales efforts in creating and executing Carry out innovative and effective trade support activities. - Develop product display plans. - Maintain close relationships with stores and ensure company products meet their requirements. - Monitor market trends. Collect, process, analyze and report customer and competitor information throughout the distribution channel. - Support sharing product knowledge and information about main stores for new employees.

- Create campaign proposal as well as key visual for each campaign to attract customers to Shopping Mall & increase sales volume; - Work with agency/vendor to manage the production of all decorations, POSM, customer gifts, PGs,… to ensure event running smoothly;- Patrol shopping mall daily to provide support to tenants and ensure the best service provided to customers;- Communicate & work closely to tenants to encourage maximum participants in marketing events;- Plan to manage and make Floor guide, Gourmet, advertise inside Mall;- Work with tenants & other partner to call sponsorship and co-operation agreement.

- Plan and choose concept, set up timeline for events.- Connect team from all stage and backstage positions to prepare for items and moments happening at events.- Solve the issues occurring at events involving judge, singers, MC, sponsors, …- Support other duties in the preparation process such as decoration, logistics, photography,…- The scale of the UEH events: about 2000 participantsEvents:- Tết Việt 2020: Main responsible for planning to give gifts and organize games for children in HCMC Cancer Hospital.- CTV Sports day 2020: Main responsible for prepare documentations, invitation cards, contact with team members and arrange staff for events.- “I’m proud” online challenge: Make plan for communication works, create story template to fill in about “I’m proud to be a Vietnamese.” and “I’m proud to be a civilized person.”- Other events: Spring Volunteer, CTV Birthday party, Recruiting season, traditional music night,…
