- In charge of researching and developing the categories “construction chemicals, heavy duty coatings and special paints” to ensure segment business growth as planned. - Lead cross functional team to run NPD process: new product development concept & proposal, packaging design, P&L, sales forecast, sales training documents, brand identity creation,... to ensure the success of the launch.- Coordinate with other departments to take the initiative in trade promotions, end-user promotions, activation strategies at dealers' stores,...- Propose brand strategies regularly (ATL & BTL) within the business unit and taking responsibility for analyzing the market situations, internal sales performance, market trends, competitors’ movements,... - Monitor the visibility of the brand in the market.- Directly report to Head of Marketing & Country Manager.Achievements:- Be responsible for supporting both the project and retail teams, contributing to 55% growth rate for the brand, especially helping the Project channel grow by more than 260% compared to 2021.- Successfully building a well-rounded TOA construction chemicals segment in Vietnam market by launching 25 new products (total 4 lines Waterproofing/Sealant/Tile adhesive and Admixture) from 2021 to the end of 2022. So that, TOA Paint can now offer two product segments to the market: construction chemicals (construction phase) and paint (accomplishment phase).- By developing appropriate products in the construction chemicals segment, TOA has already secured major projects such as Vega City and DaKMil.- Still in the progress of developing more new HVD products to win PEB projects in 2023.
