We try to collect input data and interpreting them to have insights from AIESEC members then create useful training, coaching to support team leader and enhance their capacity to ensure member experiences. *Key responsibilities:- Researching and building training package for team leaders in AIESEC in Ho Chi Minh City. - Conducting the recruitment process to select member for AIESEC.- Collecting input data and interpreting them to have insights from AIESEC members about their experiences- Making the monthly and quarterly report about talent management process. - Developing learning and developing the roadmap for AIESEC member*Key achievement:- Highest member productivity in the comparison from 2016- Increasing member retention rate in AIESEC - 100% team standard has guideline and template to implement- 80% team leader received fully training.- 70% member engage with internal activities.

AIESEC give me a big chance to run the internal project to enhance member experiences in AIESEC and connect every member in every function with the organization. Internal communications is the job responsible for effective communications among participants within an organization. The scope of the function varies by organization and practitioner, from producing and delivering messages and campaigns on behalf of management, to conducting two-way dialogue and developing the communication skills of the organization's participants. * Key responsibilities:- Creating national content map, putting forward copywriting perspective and co-creating content plan as well as branding events.- Brainstorming creative concepts for the copywriting content of national content map with Social Team (attraction on fanpage and consideration on Facebook group)- Coordinating with Video and Visual TL for the copywriting and script requirements of the all the content plans- Creating working flow for national mass email MKT on GetResponses- Ensuring timely delivery of copywriting content plan for the national content map- Managing team performance by weekly tracking.

IGNITE is the annual national conference of AIESEC in Vietnam which happens at the end of July. The conference aims to empower the network to become a united AIESEC for Vietnam. The conference often happens from 4 to 5 days which has many inspiring sessions, memorable night activities and unforgettable award night. With more than 200 delegates not only in Vietnam, but also in others country.*Key responsibilities:- Creating a plan for all special events in the conference included night activites and outdoor activities.- Collaborating with promotion team to promote all the special events.- Building promotion plan and finalizing proposal to approach Internationnal Delegate.- Coordinating with 7 members to deliver 4 Night activities and 1 outdoor activity.- Managing team performance by tracking tool.- Supporting Facis on on-site days.

* Introduction: Buzzmetrics is a member of YouNet Group (https://www.younetgroup.com/vi/).As a leader in Social Listening Solution and applying social media to solve marketing problems. * Job Description:- Using the software for reading and categorizing posts, discussion on the social network (Facebook, Youtube, Forums, Instagram ...), news information about brand/product.- Tracking and detecting adverse information about brands/products.- Evaluating the post type, discussion (user exposure, product type, product properties, ...) as required.- Updating information, event for brand / product.- Searching and finding information on social networks, Google, ...- Suggesting solutions to direct researchers. - Finishing reports as needed. * Projects completed:- Maritime Bank daily tracking and reports.- Home Credit daily reports and monthly tracking.- Others projects like Sacombank, TP Bank, BIDV.

Celebration Night is the annual event of AIESEC in Ho Chi Minh to review the organization performance, recognization.This is the first experience I work as a leader. I have to control all of the execution from promotion to post event like organizing event, building promotion campaign, building budget, ....* Key responsibilities:- Planning and ensuring the event happens from communication, promotion stage until post-event.- Researching and approaching venue partners, - Training and supporting members in their job description by training and outsourcing.- Finalizing the key message, objective and the event timeline with Vice President of Talent Management.- Finalizing finance budget with Vice President of Finance.- Implementing performance tracking tool.- Conducting feedback responses and reports post-event.* Key requirements:- Event organizing experiences- People Orientation.- Good communication. - Resilience.- Customer centricity- Problem - solving

S.E.P. Project is the social project in AIESEC HCMC which exchange knowledge, open mindset and raise awareness for the students about the sexual issue, gender equality by conducting culture events, workshops, and opening-camp for local youth and international volunteers.Key responsibilities as:*Sales Executive:- Researching and approaching universities, club partners to hold workshops.- Designing and preparing proposal and meeting with partners. - Communicating with all the stakeholders and make sure the process and benefits are delivered timely.* Event Executive:- Collecting and interpreting input data from students insights about sexual issues and gender equality.- Coordinating with 17 international participants to deliver 10 workshops and 2 days-camp contents base on the topics. - Implementing performance and skill tracking tool for international volunteers- Preparing logistics for 10 workshops.- Managing event timelines and registration rate.- Using mail-chimp to communicate with external.- Conducting feedback responses and reports post-event.After 1 year work under this project, our team got:- Growth of 110% over the previous year.- 12 workshops are implemented.- 2 camps are implemented with more than 100 students.- 80% participants feel satisfied with the projects and contents.
