I have 19 years of experience in wholesale and retail trade working mostly in the construction sector. During this period I have gained extensive experience in business management, sales network development, brand development, key-account management and international business development among others. My career in management started back in 2003 when I held the position of Brand Manager in Waterways SA, where I soon came to become the company's Commercial Manager. During this period I successfully launched into the Greek market some of the leading brands in the field, such as VITRA, TECE, SCHELL, ORAS, BOSSINI, CRISTINA and APPIANI, while contributing to the company's exceptional growth and success. In 2013 I co-founded EWAS Materials, a fast growing trading company, located in Bucharest, supplying top brand building materials and sanitary ware. Since my return in Athens I held the position of Export Manager at Elastotet SA with the aim to build on our leading position in the domestic market, expand our export sales and become one of the most successful brands in the industry.The rapid increase in exports led to the expansion of the exports department, and so I became Elastotet's Export Sales Director with the aim to further boost sales while ensuring the best working conditions and environment for the team.At the same time, I offer my services as a consultant and share my experience in international trade with companies who have well understood and accepted that focusing on exports and international business development is probably the only way to escape the ongoing crisis in the domestic market.
