- Experience in procurement field: follow PO, tracking, arrange material on time delivery- Ability to deal on payment term, price- Implement the process of Inventory movement- Create data of material and control in MISA to minimize warehouse stock- Review and contribute to improve the process of company payment

- Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets in accordance with accounting policy, company policy and tax regulation;- Validate payment document and propose payment time;- Involve in automation projects to eliminate manual working;- Provide month end report for AP, advance, long term and short term allocation, fixed asset;- Control vendor data;- Conducting periodic physical counts of fixed assets, and recommend solution for assets damaged or no more in use.

- Review and verify invoices and check requests;- Set invoices up for payment;- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records;- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;- Prepare VAT report, filling online tax return and VAT payment on time.

- Be responsible for checking damaged goods and write-off on SAP system.- Be responsible for material closing reports at the end of months.- Handling with stock take event monthly and year-end stock take.- Supporting for Sales Dept in creating sale contracts and sale promotion packages.- Be responsible for master data of Vendor, Purchasing Info Record and Material.- Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets in accordance with accounting policy, company policy and tax regulation.- Conducting periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets, and recommend treatment for assets damaged or no more in use and make the procedure for disposal.

- Be responsible for mornitoring daily revenue statistics information and also room statistics from hotels and making report to Financial Controller of company, Chief Accountant of each hotel as well as Marketing Department.- Manage the process of receiving/sending/confirming hotel bookings, answering any question from other deparments about bookings and dealing with any emergency situations.- Managing the financial transaction on the online booking gate( Smartlink) and the process of payment on Vietcombank website. From that, calculate the fee of transations, the real amount that LHMC received,write report to FC of LHMC and BOD . - Following management contract, calculate the managing fee that LHMC received from hotels and write a revenue report monthly to FC and BOD . Import to accounting software as revenue of LHMC.- Following account receivable from customers, enhance the process of collecting those amounts.- Receiving and importing accounting data into the accounting server monthly, analyzing statistics and making reports about revenue, budget and forecast. - Managing the status of using invoice; issueing red invoices for customers.Checking, enumerating VAT on supply and VAT on purchases on accounting program, enumerating on tax system and answering any question from Tax Department.- Managing the process of building the payment gate on company website, checking and confirm with the three-sides contract to calculate the transation fees paid for the third party; updating the interbank everage exchange rate into the website system; composing the website management procedures related to finance and accounting.- Assisting Director of Finance (FC) in meetings; translating the procedures from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
