• Activate Employer Branding within various target segments.• Responsible for planning and implementing activities of enhancing recruitment effectiveness.

• Build/Manage channels of Employer Brand/Sourcing such as: Career Website, Facebook Career Page, Chatbot, LinkedIn, External Job Sites, job fair, sourcing projects.• Proactively organize the communication campaigns on social media and digital channels.• Build budget and effectively execute digital advertisements on Facebook, Zalo & other platforms to generate potential leads.• Expand the relationship with resources’ agencies in order to enrich the CVs library.• Collect, update, provide and maintain candidate sources continuously and effectively.• Manage reports, propose annual priorities action plan & control the budget in line with track effectiveness of performance.

• Transform a hiring process from manually to automatically control with the purpose of reducing operation tasks, increase the transparency.• Build Recruitment procedures/policies such as: recruitment process, referral scheme, on-boarding workflow, relatives’ employment, SLA in hiring circle.• Be a project leader role handling HR projects, especially succeeded in go-live on-boarding portal for digitalizing on-boarding process & enhance candidate’s experience, optimizing workflow of Mass candidates.• Monitor and maintain quality of HR systems and compliance targeted, get feedbacks from end users so then find solutions or enhance customer’s experience.• Design, plan contents, act as the HR communicator for respective HR Department to announce newcomer, new policies, events, information.

• Collect, update, provide and maintain candidate sources continuously & effectively.• Implement Internal/External activities related to improve candidate sources, such as: job fair, sourcing projects, Talent Mapping, Talent Mining, ….• Manage and control the budget in general and for each initiative in particular.

• Proceed full-circle of on-boarding for qualified candidates (includes local employees & expatriates).• To be familiar with legal procedures application of the visa, work permit, resident card, passport extension and renewal. • Determine recruitment requirement to understand the necessary information and provide to recruitment team if needs.
