The services offered by the company include Data Analytic Service, Commercial Service, Digital Content Service, and Mobile Marketing Service.Company size: > 200 membersResponsibilities:- Developing the business plan of Mobile Marketing Services (SMS Brandname, Viber, Zalo, E-targeting,...).- Taking care of over 200 domestic and foreign corporate customers, managing existing customers portfolios to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Support and consulting using services. Negotiate contract terms/selling prices to all customers.- Update additional information on pricing policies, technical information/systems, regulations,... to promptly transmit and coordinate with customers, to bring the service running smoothly,24/7.- Quickly handles customer complaints effectively.- Coordinate with Accountants to track and speed up the debt collection of the customers.- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities to meet the sales revenue target.- Make plans, give creative ideas to solve difficult to achieve individual and departmental goals.- Collaborate with the Market Research Department to make proposals on business and service communication.
