Talent Acquisition:- Work closely with department managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position.- Manage the sourcing and outreach stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, outreach to candidates, pre-screening interviews and Reference Checks- Join weekly hiring meetings and stay connected with department leads to understand thehighest priority roles to fill.- Stay active and current with main job boards and social networks to find talent.- Work with internal team members to generate candidate referrals.- Build, manage and maintain connections with a pool of passive high-quality candidates.- Keep management and department leads updated on hiring progress with relevant reports.HR:- Full cycle from onboarding to off boarding process: prepare onboarding, host onboarding training sessions for new employees, conduct probation review, collect internal feedback, manage pulse survey for retention, self review for performance, exit interviews.- Work together with other teams for engagement activities- Work with internal team and external vendors to host training & sharing sessions.

- Working in team of 6 members and responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates.- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins- Track reports/metrics of hiring to present to Hiring Managers- Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate the direction of efforts- Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
