- Hunt and acquire potential brands/ sellers that contribute to category growth rate or be well-known in market. - Key Account Management: Build and manage relationships with strategic accounts base and secure promotions, marketing investment and product assortment.- Ensure Lazada has the assortment and competitive prices in the market by leveraging on competitive intelligence and consulting suitable strategy- Support the successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans, such as system adoption, campaign coordination and execution activities, etc.- In charge of regional project: Social Seller Project in Vietnam. Particularly, the project includes hunting potential & trendy social sellers, then incubating them to grow sustainably to contribute significantly into category growth. - Work cross functionally with Regional team, Platform, Campaigns, Operations, Seller engagement, Marketing and Livestream team to deliver strategic projects that can offer the most competitive benefit for the group Social sellers.

- Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.- Keep track Operation process to make sure order will be delivered on time and receive feedback from customers to upgrade customer service, after-sale service.- Working with Merchandising Team to allocate products for all channels (Website, E-Platforms) and replenish products due to the schedule to make sure products will be enough for supplying.- To monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the property, with the goal of increasing fans / followers / subscribers for corporate and property pages.

-Manage the sales strategy for the online team as well as assigned tasks for team member to reach KPIs for each ecommerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki); ensure sales performance improve every month and reach the target revenue.-Prepare strategic plans, evaluate sales performance, and take appropriate corrective action as necessary to maintain profitability expectations.-Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.-Working closely with offline distributors to plan for stocking and campaigns.
