I've worked as an ESL teacher for kids and teenagers since I was in university. Started to work at Wall Street English, I became more experienced in delivering service quality to customers. I also have a chance to develop other skills as how to organize events, plan classes and activities, deal with customers' objections and complaints, communicate effectively across departments, and train both soft and technical skills. As a consequence of my enthusiasm as a coach, I was promoted to 1 level in my first official month and during my one year at WSE, I never missed any KPIs of service.
