Being owner of MoMo Referral Program - which contribute 50% new users of MoMo each month.Work with cross-functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan;Analyzing and planning monthly promotional campaigns engagement activities (gamification/loyalty/activation…) to increase new user acquisition and brand awareness.Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness.Request and monitor in-app visibilities work with Product to enhance user experience such as improve features, UI/UX, user flow…Coordinate with internal & external teams to brainstorm and finalize communication plan, branding materials and make sure campaigns go live as per planned timeline; Participate in Lac Xi 2020 & 2021 campaign.Participate in Mega Deal 2020 campaign.
