Leading the finance function of the Company with an overall view of making sustainable strategic decisions to drive the Company to new heights. My job role as the Finance Manager includes but not limited to,• Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of finance department.• Direct involvement for advising the financial aspect of strategic decisions in Marketing, Administration and Operation departments.• Responsible for annual budget, forecasts, management accounts and present them to CEO and to the BOD.• Perform various financial analysis at the discretion of the CEO and the BOD.• Liaising with Banks, External Auditors, Tax Authorities, Company secretary, suppliers and customers.• Encourage the team for their career development and create opportunities within the organization.

Overall responsibility for timely conduct of Audits and other Assurance engagements based on IAS and IFRS.
