Forecasting and submitting yearly/quarterly forecasts with US GAAP conformance, taking into consideration allocated bottom-up, financial and pricing models, project types, new pipeline proposals while liaising with internal departments Detailed analysis of resources/inventory to efficiently allocate resources to new Sales contracts by administering the daily/weekly reconciliations of inventory in coordination with the relevant teams and monitoring allocation changes, extensions and conversions of open resource requestsValidating work orders and monitoring the revenue recognition process to be in compliance with the US GAAP, SEC requirements, pricing models and internal company standardsConducting periodic reviews with business leadership by tracking paperwork clauses, AR issues, terminations, cost variances and recommend strategies to avoid revenue leakage. Validate monthly forecasts and cost budgets to maintain required margin targets using financial modeling Providing variance analysis reports to the CEO/President by validating the monthly actuals against the forecastScenario and risk analysis by mapping and analysing likely outcomes by conducting bottom-up reviews and resourcing to present to CFO and leadership in United StatesLeading the quarter closure process ensuring completion to achieve company revenue, invoicing and margin targetsPublishing the actual revenue after adjusting the deferrals to finalize the P&L and other financial statements Analysing foreign exchange impacts and estimating quarterly planned vs actual currency impact for the entire companyPreparing critical management reports to CEO/officers on KPIs and revenue related metrics by generating and analysing information from Salesforce, Oracle fusion and other internal ERP’s Conducting business intelligence analysis by maintaining financial models and BI toolsVariance analysis and comments of explanation ensuring SOX compliance for revenue

Revenue Forecasting & Revenue Assurance• Based on sales pipeline and existing deals determine the revenue for the SBU as per US GAAP guidelines including following key metrics. o Validation of existing deals based on project type o Trend analysis, pipeline injection & win rates• Support management in revenue forecasting and play a key role in providing revenue guidance presented to capital markets• Track revenue on a continuous basis to identify deviations from forecast and ensure timely remedial action items are implemented to mitigate risks• Track work orders and constituent clauses to ensure smooth recognition of revenue as per US GAAP requirements and SEC filing requirements, also in line with internal compliance • Liaise with the corporate sales team and delivery teams to ensure delivery of revenue in line with forecasts • Periodical reporting of revenue status to management and facilitate revenue recovery options• Monitor invoicing during month ends, validate the actuals against the forecasts and report the variances to the CEO/President/SBU leadershipManagement Reporting and Analysis• Generate reports from Salesforce and internal forecasting systems on different revenue related metrics and prepare board decks, presentations and reports to the CEO/officers• Preparation of reports and presentations on revenue status to leadership teams to identify trends in different segments enabling new strategy• Variance analysis and provide justifications on the revenue gaps for SOX compliance audits• Preparing various reports on ad-hoc basisFinancial Reporting, Investment & Cash Flow Management• Prepare/present the quarterly revenue Roadmap to the Chief financial officer.• Analyzing the cash position and drive the BU towards quarterly & annual AR targets• Calculate the quarterly FX impact between planned & reported currencies and facilitate remedial actions at corporate level
