• Central Monitoring Kabinet aka CMK was developed with an intent of standardizing the communication architecture in a solar between solar inverters, loggers, sensors and routers. • The conceptualization and the product itself underwent several iterations depending on the type of logger and transformer that was used in the solar project. • Ultimately two future proof, company-wide standard variants - Central Monitoring Kabinet (CMK) and De-central monitoring Kabinet (DMK) were developed and established at ProfiNRG. --------------------------------------------Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Central Monitoring Kabinet (CMK) aligned with the company's overall goals and project demands. The cabinet serves as a future proof company wide standard for all projects executed & constructed by ProfiNRG.Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications. Drive the development and launch of new CMK variant products, ensuring they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectationsCustomer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of preferences in the projects. Engage and collect feedback to incorporate project insights into product development and enhance the user experienceProduct Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of CMK. Monitor product metrics and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements through iterative releasesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development milestones are met, technical challenges are addressed, and products are delivered on time.
