As project manager, I defined, managed, and executed automation projects by leading the initiation, planning, and execution of project initiatives for TriCore’s top clients. Serving as liaison between client and development team, I gained significant experience of technical, business and customer service-related aspects of project automation by: • Managing and implementing a systems integration project at the largest mozzarella cheese facility in the world. Project included networking, monitoring, controlling over 1000+ motors and interfacing with dozens of vendors.• Managing and installing a state-of-the art batching, blending, tea brewing and distillation system at a greenfield beverage facility. Project required collaboration with European vendors and principals and produced one of the most automated and advanced beverage facilities in North America.• Providing input into project scope and coordinating project estimates for contracts, proposals and statements of work

As lead engineer, I interfaced with TriCore’s clients in the Food & Beverage industry and worked on $1M projects with a team of 2-4 engineers. Some of my key technical accomplishments include: • Programming automation solutions using RSLogix 5 and 500 PLC software and visualization interfaces using iFix, RSView, and Panelview applciaitons.• Developing and commissioning multiple projects by deploying cutting-edge automation technologies in the control of batching, blending, CIP, receiving, transfer and pasteurization processes• Developing, testing, and commissioning automation projects from throughout project lifecycle, including planning, start-up, field installation and troubleshooting

As a lab engineer, I solved some exciting challenges, including: • Improving laboratory safety by designing a warning system with the support of my technical team• Providing a safe work environment and supporting the production and use of products by staging and performing high current UL certification testing on a broad range of industrial automation and distribution components
