Responsible for leading the Support Team (ST) during Team Leader maternity leave. 2nd line support & 1st line escalation point, offering expert support & guidance to my team & all internal/external customers.Other duties:• Process creation & implementation, and assessment of existing processes• Creating & providing management information (MI) to our Senior Management Team (SMT) & for senior stakeholders, including financial reporting & creation/collation of data & statistics for our SMTs quarterly strategic review meeting with internal & external senior stakeholders• Managing various relationships between the account & other teams, both internal & external. 1st point of call, responsible for handling queries/issues or redirecting when appropriate. External included our cloud technology provider (SAP Fieldglass) & with the MOD Shared Services Team• Subject matter expert (SME) in various areas, including government legislation (Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), IR35, pensions auto enrolment (PAE), apprenticeship levy) & the Fieldglass: Vendor Management System (VMS)• Assisting the SMT with ad hoc projects, including coordinating & helping to manage others• Overseeing & conducting Fieldglass testing, including regression testing for major & minor releases• Leading regular meetings with Fieldglass to understand new features in the system & to determine suitability for the account by assessing the impact of new features. Also to suggest enhancement requests that would benefit the account• Ensure the ST is completing its regular tasks & meeting SLAs• Creation of guides & standard operation procedures (SOPs) for the account, including an SOP on reporting best practice & a guide on contractor pay types• Creating infographics to display account statistics for our stakeholders• Resolution of major P2P issues• Training new starters across the account & up skilling existing employees

First line support to internal and external users of the Fieldglass system, responsible for resolving or re-routing queries. Some of my responsibilities included helping to create and run reports, uploading and checking data on the system, adding or removing new custom fields, creating and educating new users and sending out system notifications.Other duties:• Helping customers with other, non-Fieldglass related queries, such as payment issues• Working with external stakeholders to add agreed new roles to the system to recruit against and agreeing rate exceptions for clients wanting to pay workers more than the going market rate• Acting as a Quality Assurance (QA)/Compliance SME• Checking newly created and amended work orders are accurate before releasing to our clients/hiring managers• Reviewing purchase orders to ensure accuracy• Supporting other teams when required
