This involved many elements:1) Agile product development using design thinking principles 2) Agile marketing that focused on feedback loops across development, the customer journey and internal sales and marketing processes 3) Agile business approach that led to better understanding strategy and goals to ensure measurable and sustainable growthUnderstanding a complex customer journey to support professional services and enterprise sales -- With multi million dollar opportunities, a complex buying processes and decisions outside of Biarri's control the marketing focus was across a range of areas: 1) Intimately understanding the complex customer journey and buyer groups2) Building a content strategy to support decision making and education 3) Qualifying opportunities to ensure more predictable business outcomes for delivery, tech, resourcing, sales and marketing 4) end-to-end alignment with Brand and Communications strategy.
