Jelco van't Hull, Arnaud Lier, and I co-founded sourceXchange – a marketplace designed for creators to showcase and sell their works globally. It stands out as the premier platform for acquiring resources straight from the origin!

In 2020, I co-founded PteroAddons, a marketplace for Pterodactyl Addon and Theme creators, alongside Roman and Vincent. Our aim was to centralize resources for buyers who previously had to navigate multiple platforms. Despite our early success, we faced challenges in monetization, and in September 2021, we made the decision to sell. After going through several ownership transitions, I reacquired the marketplace in February 2024. It is currently in transition as customers and sellers are being migrated to sourceXchange, a new venture I co-founded with Jelco and Arnaud, where we aim to build upon the legacy of PteroAddons and deliver an even more robust platform.

At Tempest, I worked with a team to respond to clientele, resolve their issues, and ensure everything ran smoothly. During my first few weeks, I was trained in many new skills to advance my ability to aid the clientele of Tempest and support my team to a higher degree. These skills will likely benefit me in obtaining other roles in the future. Sadly, due to issues at the company, I was let go as a cost-saving measure.

After many years of working for this company, which I am grateful for, I have decided to leave to take on other work in areas I am more invested into. Sadly the new role that I was upgraded to wasn't within my area of experience and I could not learn while also managing a heavy workload. Due to this, I ended up leaving to take on other projects and ventures.

In August 2018, I began my journey with RockyMedia, initially offering development services tailored to their Minecraft content. My contributions enhanced the efficiency of their video productions. More recently, my primary role shifted to collaborating with the team to prepare servers for video production and ensuring the infrastructure remains current and functional.

During my time at Hybrid Hosting, I played a key role in delivering exceptional customer support while ensuring the stability and security of our systems. I worked closely with the company owner to maintain and optimize systems that handled sensitive customer data and hosted their servers.In addition to my support responsibilities, I contributed to the installation of new software, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation across all existing systems. My proactive approach and dedication to maintaining system performance helped create a reliable and efficient environment for our customers.

At RocketNode, I efficiently addressed and resolved client issues. I collaborated closely with the Infrastructure Team to ensure the dependability and stability of both client and company servers, encompassing the network. I eventually parted ways with RocketNode to explore other personal endeavors.

In February 2023, I began an Operations Management role at RocketNode. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the support team, assisting clients, and ensuring the stability of backend systems. My primary focus was to guarantee client satisfaction and continuous system uptime. Additionally, I dedicated considerable time to producing documentation on current systems, facilitating a smoother onboarding process for new employees by offering insights into the system structures and their functionalities.

While at Sparked Host, I also devoted time to editing tutorials for the Sparked Host YouTube Channel, aiming to guide clients through potential issues. These videos not only served as instructional tools but also as promotional content, attracting new clients who previously hadn't known about Sparked Host.

While at Sparked Host, I consistently delivered prompt and effective assistance to our clients, addressing a range of concerns from game servers to VPS servers. I diligently worked to tackle both straightforward and intricate problems, ensuring every client experienced top-notch customer service.

For several years, I operated VikingNode, formerly recognized as CodersLight. This venture offered programming solutions, graphic design, educational services, and ultimately, server hosting to a diverse clientele. This experience enriched my skill set, allowing me to delve into various programming languages and oversee infrastructure such as web servers, game nodes, and hypervisors. As I steered this company, I had the privilege of connecting with content creators on platforms like Twitch and YouTube, as well as fellow enthusiasts in the hosting domain.
