Duties and Responsibilities• Manage all facets of WTW magazine’s success including business development, account management, marketing and circulation. editorial planning, commissioning, production and digital platform integration.• Manage contributors and direct content supply to ensure alignment with the magazine’s positioning.• Liaise with marketing teams and media agencies in driving advertising, from account creation to integrated branded content and client retention.• Initiate, negotiate and manage media partnerships and the staff involved.• Drive the magazine’s digital presence by establishing and managing a digital marketing platform including a website, social media, EDMs and videos.• Write, produce and host the Tradie Tough Test videos.• Initiate and manage reader engagement with experiential marketing and promotions.• Interact with stakeholders at trade shows and events.Achievements• Taking over a quarterly insert-magazine and turning it into a thriving stand-alone bi-monthly media enterprise. • QUADRUPLING the annual advertising revenue from WTW and creating new revenue streams through healthy subscription numbers. • Creating a strong digital presence from scratch, including a website, videos, social media and e-newsletters.• Facilitating the sponsorship of a team of five V8 Utes in the Auto One V8 Ute Series.
