Also, designed and implemented Kaizen's by using SolidWorks,Creo parametric and AutoCAD software which helps in reducing process wastage by 40% and also helped in improvement of fatigue life of product by increasing the compressive stress induced during Shot Peening. Also, I acquired knowledge of all types of gauges and instruments and their calibration techniques. My previous job profile includes verification of In-Process and Pre-dispatch inspection reports, calibrating measuring instruments like vernier caliper and micrometer with slip gauges and resolution of customer complaints.
