As the Sr. Development Manager, I execute a revenue portfolio driven by priority relationships, pipeline development, and account management. I am consistently driving creativity and innovation to create new revenue opportunities and engage the community to create relevant, best in class experiences. My role allows me the opportunity to engage and steward relationships with multiple volunteers, committees, and community partners. Alongside these partners, I plan and execute multiple large-scale distinguished events with overlapping timelines.

Oversee a collegiate sorority chapter; advise in all community relation events, volunteer activities, safety/risk management, academics, philanthropic efforts, and confidentiality policies.This also includes supervising all chapter finances and creating/maintaining yearly budget.

As the Vendor Coordinator I was responsible for the registration and sales of vendor booths to current and new businesses in the quilting industry for AQS QuiltWeek events. Prior to the shows, I would design, build, and update the online registration process for vendors in Cvent, process financial data for sales and work in Visio to create and maintain exhibitor hall floor plans. I also served as liaison between vendor and AQS, decorator services, facility services, and others before, during and after the event. During the QuiltWeek events, I would monitor and trouble-shoot the show floor as well as maintain vendor satisfaction. Following the shows I facilitated feed-back from vendors and presented new ideas to the the AQS Show Department.

As the IHG Loyalty Champion, I was responsible for the management of hotel scores, primarily overall guest satisfaction, membership enrollment and front desk experience. I established quarterly goals for the Front Desk Team, created and implemented action plans, and prepared and executed workshops for the Front Desk Staff.

As the Rho Alpha chapter's Vice President of Membership , I was responsible for all matters regarding chapter membership. This included but was not limited to, retention, recruitment, and chapter moral. This position was also the right hand to the chapter president, sat on the invitations committee and executive board. I coordinated budgets, created workshops, planned and oversaw the execution of both Informal and Primary Recruitment.
