Sales Manager for Home, Kids & Handbags and lead hiring manager for 200 regular associate and 100 seasonal associate department store.

• Oversaw all aspects of the day to day operations of the department store with 89 associates alongside the Store manager. • Daily operations include the final authority in Customer Service issues, maintaining of payroll staffing hours as well as restocking of the store following the delivery of the 5 weekly restocking trucks and fast feedback / coaching associates in various aspects of Ross rules and values. • Voted to be the project captain for the annual Boys & Girls Club donation drive for the store. Our store has the highest dollar total as well as the highest % gain over the previous year. I essentially was a ASM for hire during my time at ROSS, having worked at the Miami Gardens, Sunrise and the Tamarac stores. Working across three stores in 10 months gave me a unique opportunity to watch and learn from three different styles of management.

• Oversaw the second-floor departments which included Textiles, Housewares, Mattresses, Intimate Apparel, Kids, Juniors & Macys Woman departments ($7 Million annual sales). • Previously oversaw the Men’s, Big Ticket (Furniture, Area Rugs & Mattresses), Housewares & Textiles departments for a $30 Million full-line department store. • Recent projects include: increasing the participation of supervised staff to open credit card accounts from 40% participation to over 80% participation average per week; increased the apps per 40 hours worked by the average associate from 2.1 to 3.2 applications per week; • I have been recognized on many occasions by various sales staff through our internal “Magic Maker” stories as well as through customer survey results for going above and beyond in my duties through the eyes of the customer and staff. I was originally hired at the Fort Myers Macy's location where I oversaw Handbags and Accessories and after three months I was promoted to Sales Manager oversee the Furniture, Mattresses, Textiles, Housewares and Wedding and Gift Registry departments. In December of 2014, I transferred to the Boynton Beach location and oversaw the Men's department. In March of 2015, I was promoted to oversee the entire second floor of the Boynton Beach location which included the Mattress, Textiles, Housewares, Wedding & Gift Registry, Luggage, Children's, Juniors and Intimate Apparel departments.

• Purchase and coordination of all firm related day to day travel. • Oversaw all statewide firm related educational seminars. Duties included the reservation of venues, design of PowerPoint presentations and handout booklets for the seminars, organization of marketing materials, setup and breakdown of seminar rooms and registration of attendees with State of Florida CEU website.• My IT related duties included all upgrade, repair and replacement of computer and printer equipment in the firm’s 4 South Florida offices and troubleshooting of software issues across Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, and Mac OSX platforms.

• Detailed graphic design, layout, and production of a 60-page, four-color, monthly music magazine, including photography, copy-editing, coordinating writers, organizing schedules, conducting interviews, and photographing concerts. • Supervision and direction of approximately 15 staff members, including interviewers, writers, photographers, and computer-design personnel.• Direction of advertising sales, business development, client contacts, and marketing. • Development and management of monthly and annual budgets.• Promotion and production of various music concerts, featuring both national and local bands, which included overall management of events and promotions, contract negotiations, coordination of booking agents, and the drafting of event budgets.
