Nicotek LLC was acquired by Pugs LLC in February 2017. My main duties were brand development and Creative Direction. I created and maintained the popular Metro Electronic Cigarette brand from concept to retail. I created packaging and merchandising solutions for new products and managed marketing materials for print, online advertising, and the E-Commerce website. I also oversaw all creative direction for the FAZE Vapor products. Products were distributed nationwide in Kroger, HEB, TA, Love's, and other convenient stores.

Hoffco Brands was acquired by Pugs LLC in February of 2017. My main duties with Hoffco were Brand Development and Creative Direction. I was involved with creating numerous general merchandise brands from concept to production. Product lines included Cell Phone Accessories, Flashlights, Audio Accessories, Wireless Speakers, and Promotional items. I created all packaging, POP, and conceptual merchandising designs, plus implemented go-to-market strategies. I created the Celltronix Cell Phone Accessory product line back in 2007 and helped manage the creation and marketing strategy for all other brands including the AMP ENERGY accessory line licensed by Pepsi Co. Products were distributed nationwide in Valero, Kroger, HEB, TA, Love's, and other convenient stores.

TNT Sales was also acquired by Pugs Holdings LLC in February, 2017. I created the new company logo and updated the corporate image. I created product flyers and spec sheets and put together store planograms as well as created retail merchandising display options and POP signage. Created the initial company website from the ground up using PHP with a MySQL database.Conceptual responsibilities included: brand development, brand management, graphic design, industrial design, package design, advertising, P.O.P., designing product retail displays, photography, photo manipulation, photo retouching, videography, video editing, motion graphics, trade show booth design, store signage, banners, catalog design, page layout and sales material, web layout, social media, promotional design, and instructional design.Production responsibilities included: pre-flight mockups, standard printing, large format printing, physical package mockups, cutting and assembly, writing copy, proofing, skinning displays, display wrapping, package assembly, working with outside companies, working directly with manufacturers, and retail package inspection.
