We achieved this through consulting, usually working with Directors and Senior Managers and focusing primarily on issues of leadership, human resources, the change process and performance improvement.The Partnership was also a specialist provider of management education, via the delivery of executive seminars and management development programmes. These are also made available within client organisations.
