In my current role of Coronary Clinical Specialist, I work cross-functionally across the entire Southern California region and collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales results at or above established quotas, while driving adoption and growth of imaging and physiology modalities. My work in this position taught me both management skills as well as how to grow a program to new heights. Not only did I lead a team of over 50 tutors, but I also oversaw more than 1000 tutoring programs each year, with an average improvement increase of 20%. I conceived of and implemented marketing strategies to increase student enrollment, retention, and brand awareness while also establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and educational institutions.My passion and enthusiasm for educational equity and funding were showcased through the pitches and proposals I created to grow the program to new institutions.
