Client Onboarding Coordinator
CurrentClient Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for activities specific to new customer set up, existing customer updates, and customer terminations on our Symphoni Case Management platform. Working closely with our Sales Teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Implementation Managers and Billing Teams, Client Onboarding is key to facilitating a world-class customer onboarding experience, resulting in seamless service delivery of our TELUS Health offerings.- Manages multiple internal (and customer) requests on a daily basis with minimal supervision, including competing priorities- Promotes teamwork and collegiality in the work environment - Works independently with minimal supervision- Manages multiple requests/tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing activities specific to each customer and internal turnaround time guarantees- Assists with special projects and other tasks, as required- Upholds above average data integrity practices and consistent quality in all tasks performed- Provides backup support and/or training to other team members as required and/or requested
