M. Gatlin (Gatlianne) teaches a deep and spiritual yoga class that incorporates joy, connection, and gratitude with awareness of body, mind, and spirit. Her classes will help you develop flexibility, balance, and strength but also relaxation, inner calm, and a connection to your Higher Self. Every class is as different as the students themselves and tailored to fit the needs of the individual through their journey on the mat. Her classes and spiritual workshops will help you develop a better understanding of yourself and your spiritual path.She is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Ordained Metaphysical Minister, and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Metaphysical Science and Spiritual Healing. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Science.M is a RYT200 certified in Hatha Yoga, and has training in Yoga Anatomy, Yin Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Yoga Philosophy. M is also one of the teachers of the Yoga Fire Ignite Your Passion 200 Hour Teacher Training.
