As an animal and meat science expert and affiliate staff member at Colorado State University, I have a diverse background in animal, meat, and food science, and have experience in most facets of the livestock and protein industries. I am proud of the long-lasting relationships and partnerships I have fostered through mutually beneficial collaboration. I never settle for the status quo and my goal is to leave my mark on the industry once I retire.I have developed skills in garment design, manufacturing, marketing, and brand development. I have also created multiple product innovations in the outdoor and automotive industries, driven by my passion for finding useful and economically beneficial solutions.
