As the VP of Product at Jet Global, I oversee overall product vision and strategy for the company. I direct a team of Product Owners/Product Managers to gather and interpret feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, primarily from our 750+ global partners and 14,000+ global customers which make up more than 210,000 end users. This feedback is then analyzed and prioritized to identify opportunities for both market growth and product growth that will ultimately drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue throughout the organization. As the VP of Product I also work closely with the rest of the corporate executive team to execute product strategies and overall product communication globally.

As the VP of Customer Engagement I oversaw all corporate teams that directly interact with our customers after a sale has been made. This includes Customer Success, Technical Support, Technical Pre Sales, Training, and BI Consulting. I implemented policies and processes to ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries or issues with as few touch points as needed to ensure proper resolution and ultimate customer satisfaction. Revenue of the Professional Services (Training and BI Consulting) saw a 4x increase during the time that I oversaw these groups.

As the Director of Business Intelligence at Jet Global I managed a team of Business Intelligence consultants located throughout Europe and North America. This team handles all aspects of client needs fulfillment from initial requirements gathering and white-boarding through final implementation and post-implementation phases. My role also entails working closely with our global distribution channel for pre-sales activities, global partner training, and strategically identifying new markets.
