Aaron began his Real Estate in photographing houses for his family's brokerage. Witnessing his parents' works in the housing market as Real Estate agents, he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2008 just as when the market was about to crash in 2009.Having survived the major market crash in 2009, Aaron managed to thrive during that time and decided to focus on Real Estate and Property Management.He started in investments and rental acquisitions that eventually led to over 100+ rental property being managed by his family's property management company, Bridges Property Management, LLC.In 2013, Aaron acquired his Broker's License and began as an Associate Broker for Blue Diamond Realty under The Bridges Team. During this time, he has managed a team of 16 agents. He has been a familiar face in the Northern Virginia Market.In 2018, Aaron became an Associate Broker with Pearson Smith Realty and participated in their coaching programs to grow his team and added several support roles to his business.Currently, he manages a team and consistently produces as a listing agent, as well as training new agents in starting their career in Real Estate.
