As Vice President of Property Condition Assessment, Inc. in 1999, I honed my skills in commercial real estate due diligence. In 2003, I founded Commercial Building Consultants to meet the growing demand for commercial inspections, offering a unique approach to Property Condition Assessments. Over the past two decades, I've overseen projects ranging from high-rise office buildings in New York City to luxury condominium complexes in Miami.Beyond Property Condition Assessments, my expertise extends to bank draw inspections, construction loan monitoring, and owner's representation.
