•Market and develop relationships with community employers for community based job training •Successful implementation of program growth by 140% within the first 4 months of taking over coordination •Market Work Adjustment Training and Trial Work Experience services to referring sources and qualifying clientele •Ensure timely productivity of trainees and Job Coaches after onboarding •Maintain referring source relationships and coordination •Organize and process authorizations keeping track of units and service dates •Supervise and train job coaches •Obtain and organize new hire paperwork of trainees and job coaches •Organize and keep track of payroll •In charge of developing trainee and job coach shifts, employment sites, and service provisions •Create and edit job coach and trainee calendars as needed to ensure client coverage

•Provide vocational support services to clientele with a wide range of disabilities. •Assist individuals in development of techniques used to acquire and maintain career employment. •Provide career counseling, job seeker’s skills, job coaching and development services, supported employment and education, and work adjustment training to aid in successful placement. •Aid in the education of development skills with emphasis in team building, stress management, grievance handling, conflict resolution, workplace communications and creative problem solving. •Market and raise awareness of services, clients, and events to local employers, Vocational Rehabilitation, Magellan, and other community organizations.

•Provide hands on employment coaching with emphasis on the soft skills necessary for maintaining employment •Complete and organize activity logs and case documentation •Develop individualized course work and daily activities based on client’s job goal and needs •Implement job readiness workshops and trainings to encourage successful placement and retention of gainful employment
