I'm a change agent and professional company director. I advise on restructuring and culture change based on twenty years of successful change.As an executive coach, I believe that as change starts with leaders and organisational change needs leaders to change, I challenge leaders to look at themselves, and help them understand how they think so that they can be the most they can be.I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and have completed a number of their trainings, including the company directors certificate, to enhance my capability around the board table.The leadership development that i deliver is aimed to make people think, question and, importantly, turn that thinking into action.
