Hardship Fund Officer:- Review and process hardship fund applications to agree SLA, reaching objective decisions based fund scope, statements of need and supporting evidence.Student Life Specialist:- Provide first-line IT and general support, expert information and guidance to a diverse group of students, staff and visitors.- Use strong customer service skills to manage hundreds of queries through to conclusion each week across several channels including service desk, in-person, live chat, email and telephone.- Have proactively developed knowledge across all areas of the university, including casework, immigration and admissions.

- Taught, coached and mentored over twenty-five young apprentices across three diverse cohorts to successfully achieve a level four apprenticeship award in software engineering.- Led the design, writing and testing of software engineering module curriculum and documentation notes. Received and incorporated new fixes and amendments to documentation after peer review.- Provided additional engagement, mentoring and well-being support to a caseload of at-risk apprentices.- Maintained a 100% pass rate and high student feedback ratings.

- Worked in an Agile project environment with a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders, developers, user experience analysts and project managers. - Owned and developed UI “patterns”. - A reprisal of the role with Homeflow, this time in a freelance capacity.

Responsible for the technical operation of the Radarhomes property portal, as well as the processing of property feeds and development of an effective email marketing campaign to build the brand.

IT and Networks support to the staff at the head office and to the staff at the retail stores throughout the South of England. Reporting to the IT and Networks manager, gained first hand experience in Windows desktop and network support.

A year-long work placement at South Hams District Council as part of the honours degree. Provided IT support to the councillors and staff at the head office as well as support to the staff at the council's remote sites. Benefited from seeing how IT was run on a large scale for a local government organisation.
