This was done by units processed, optimal clusters of stores to reduce replenishment tasks, balance of metro / regional stores and geo grouping stores for reduction in transport time.Peak Period Planning: Looked at alternative options to reduce JDA forecasting time. New method I developed reduced forecasting time in Christmas 2017 and provided stores with one of best service measurement. -
