A Sales Enthusiast who fell in love with Customer Experience, with ~5 years of hands-on experience working in Sales and Support across different industries like tech, marketing, real estate, insurance and now, Manufacturing! In my present role, I own the end-to-end process from receiving an order to seeing it through the whole process of monitoring the manufacturing, quality and ensuring it goes through perfectly till the delivery and afterwards too! Bottom line: ensure there’s a smile on my customer’s face all the time! In my last stint, I helped OneAssure spread its wings to Tier 2 and 3 cities in the state of Karnataka with the Key Responsibility Areas of Onboarding, training, activation and round-the-clock support with extensive state-wide travel! I worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance, where I individually took care of half the state of Karnataka across multiple channels of distribution! I'm deeply passionate about creating an awesome customer experience for each of my customers and I constantly go out of my way to do that! Previously, I worked at HouseWise as a Property Manager, where I was engaged in end-to-end property management - Onboarding of new properties, assisting with paperwork, move-in assistance, maintenance, periodic inspections, rent collection, and reporting!
