As director of The Dialogue Project, I help people talk to each other. I enjoy working with a healthy mixture of businesses and non-profit making organisations and have more than 25 years experience of helping teams think and transform together when the stakes are high.In the early days while I was finding my feet with The Dialogue Project we played a significant role in helping Unilever UK & Ireland to co-create their new vision. After a series of powerful conversations, we engaged key stakeholders and then put together a live event for a thousand people to bring the vision to life. One analysis benchmarked this piece of work and the sustained cultural change it produced as world class. A piece of work I'm especially proud of from the early years was "Your Thoughts With Mine", a series of dialogues held throughout the UK on themes that resonated with contemporary Muslim life in Britain. In addition to my podcast 2+2=5 The Dialogue Project podcast, early in 2010 I published a series of twelve audio podcasts on the core skills of dialogue, now freely available for download. I continue to adapt, build and share this aspect of my work.My artistic side is fed in many ways. Among my all-time favourites are Latitude Festival for whom I created a series of live events under the banner Intimate Conversations. Being there in person was so gratifying and beyond the weekend of the festival we had literally thousands of downloads in just one weekend. And then there's the work of Tim Crouch that I co-direct with Andy Smith. Most recently Truth's A Dog Must to Kennel Tim's latest piece which played in Edinburgh, London and now beyond.In more recent years, I've worked with Tesco and Tesco Mobile in the UK and further afield in CEE, with Openreach and Unilever. Alongside the commercial clients I balance my time with the work I do with smaller but equally important organisations like Arrival Education, the Architectural Association and - my personal favourite - the wonderful Educare Small School in Kingston.
