She has dedicated her knowledge and experience to addressing the emotional and physical sides of recovery. Susan began her study of meditation in 1971 in the practice TM, under the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and continued to study Buddhist meditation, Christianity, Science of Mind, and ancient wisdom traditions. She holds a State Certification from the American Institute for Health Care Professionals, CI-M, AIHCP, as a specialist in the field of meditation and mindfulness applications, a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, and is a graduate of Eckhart Tolle, Advanced School of Awakening.Susan began her education in the field of Music Education, and continues to incorporates her understanding of the power of sound, movement, and focused attention in her practice.As a teacher of Tai Chi, she studied the under Master Helen Liang. Her use of Tai Chi and meditation in the classroom, brings a profound experience to her students of the relationship between the mind and body connection. Susan is a current member of CTAA, Complementary Health Practitioner Accredited Association, a member of the International Society of Female Professionals, and CI-M from the American Institute for Health Care Professionals.
