I use Eaglesoft dental software performing basic dental receptionist duties. I oversee 5 hygienists, 1 dental assistant, and 1 patient care coordinator. I schedule hygienists according to patients needs. I do TX Plans for patients, in treatment rooms, and help them figure out the best financial plan specific to the individual. I send out monthly statements, and print out monthly reports for the practice. I make sure the schedule is full to meet the goals of the practice. I took care of over 1,000 plants in compliance with state regulations. I used METRC, and Biotrak software systems. I used Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets, and pivot tables for clones. I learned all regulations according to Massachusetts law, and guided coworkers to follow in compliance. I used tags to keep track of all plants, and did monthly audits of all rooms.
